| 摘要 |
分析快速康复护理在膝关节单踝置换术患者中的应用及效果。方法 以膝关节单踝置换术患者为研究对象，与2023年1月-2024年1月抽取40例，采用随机数字表法分为2组，一组采用常规护理视为参照组（n=20）；另一组采用优质护理视为研究组（n=20）；对比护理后情况。结果 研究组患者接受护理后术后24h后的疼痛评分低于参照组（P＜0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组，护理满意度高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 采用快速康复护理进行膝关节单踝置换术患者的护理工作，能够有效地缓解患者疼痛，减少不良反应发生率，对护理满意度的提高有着积极作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application and effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with single ankle knee replacement. Methods 40 patients with single ankle knee replacement were selected from January 2023 to January 2024 and divided into 2 groups by random number table method. The first group was treated as the reference group by routine care (n=20). The other group was treated as study group with quality care (n=20); The post-nursing situation was compared. Results The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with single ankle knee replacement can effectively relieve pain, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and have a positive effect on nursing satisfaction.
