Objective To analyze the causes of psychological stress in clinical nursing in general hospitals and clarify the countermeasures for decompression. Methods A total of 40 nursing staff working in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected for the study, in which the psychological pressure of nursing staff was not analyzed from January 2023 to June 2023, and the psychological pressure of nursing staff was analyzed from July 2023 to December 2023. Corresponding intervention measures were developed to analyze the psychological pressure of nursing staff before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the psychological stress of nursing staff was reduced, and there was a difference between p<0.05 groups. Conclusion In general hospitals, the psychological pressure of clinical nursing staff is significantly higher than that of non-clinical nursing staff. It is very important to improve the working environment of nursing staff effectively and organize regular training for nursing staff to relieve their pressure.
