| 摘要 |
研究基于军事医学背景下的护理干预措施用于耳聋耳鸣患者当中的正面意义。方法 以我科100例耳聋耳鸣患者随机划分至A组（50例，采取常规化护理模式）及B组（50例，采取护理干预模式），并对比相关数据指标，分析不同护理方案于军事医学背景下的可行性及有效性。结果 经护理，B组患者治疗总有效率较A组患者更高；焦虑（Hamilton Anxiety Scale, HAMA）及抑郁（Hamilton Depression Scale, HAMD）评分、护理满意度评分亦有更理想的改善效果（P＜0.05）。结论 针对耳聋耳鸣患者而言，拟定科学合理的护理干预计划有助于更好改善其身心状态，也更为符合当今军事医学背景，使患者更为受益。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the positive implications of nursing interventions in the context of military medicine in patients with deafness and tinnitus. Methods A total of 100 patients with deafness and tinnitus in our department were randomly divided into group A (50 cases, with routine nursing mode) and group B (50 cases, with nursing intervention mode), and the feasibility and effectiveness of different nursing programs in the context of military medicine were analyzed by comparing relevant data indicators. Results After nursing, the total effective rate of treatment in group B was higher than that in group A. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores, and the nursing satisfaction scores also had better improvement effects (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with deafness and tinnitus, the development of a scientific and reasonable nursing intervention plan can help to better improve their physical and mental state, and it is also more in line with the current military medical background, so that the patients can benefit more.
