| 摘要 |
探讨肝癌患者的临床护理管理中实施心理干预的应用效果及价值。方法 选取2022年7月~2023年7月我院肝癌患者74例，随机分为对照组（常规护理管理干预）和观察组（加用心理护理干预）各37例，对比两组患者经过不同护理干预后心理状态及癌因性疲乏情况。结果 干预前两组患者心理状态和癌因性疲乏评分差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预后，观察组患者心理状态抑郁和焦虑评分及癌因性疲乏评分均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床中对肝癌患者实施护理管理时应用心理护理干预能够显著改善其心理状态和癌因性疲乏，具有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect and value of psychological intervention in clinical nursing management of liver cancer patients. Method 74 patients with liver cancer in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing management intervention) and an observation group (additional psychological nursing intervention), with 37 patients in each group. The psychological status and cancer-related fatigue of the two groups were compared after different nursing interventions. Result There was no statistically significant difference in psychological status and cancer-related fatigue scores between the two groups of patients before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the depression and anxiety scores as well as cancer-related fatigue scores of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in the nursing management of liver cancer patients in clinical practice can significantly improve their psychological state and cancer-related fatigue, and has high practical value.
