Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intravenous indwelling needle in pediatric nursing. How This study will be conducted from March 2023 to March 2024, and a total of 72 children in the department of pediatrics will be selected to participate in the study. In order to explore the effect of intravenous indentation needle in pediatric care, 72 children will be divided into two groups, and different nursing measures will be implemented. One group will be included in the control group for routine nursing, and the other group will be included in the observation group for comprehensive nursing. The incidence of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results According to the statistical data, there were 2 cases of adverse nursing events in the observation group and 7 cases in the control group, with the incidence of 5.56% and 19.44%, respectively. The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower (P<0.05). In terms of nursing satisfaction, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures for children with intravenous indwelling needles is helpful to improve nursing quality, effectively prevent adverse events and improve nursing satisfaction.
