| 摘要 |
研究系统化健康教育在慢性鼻窦炎（CRS）康复护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年04月到2024年4月到本院CRS患者共100例，随机分为研究和对照两组，单组50例，分析护理效果。结果 研究组护理后健康知识掌握度高，P＜0.05；护理后，研究组临床症状积分低，P＜0.05。结论 运用系统化健康教育方式对CRS康复护理，可改善患者症状积分，提升健康知识掌握度，建议运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of systematic health education in the rehabilitation of chronic sinusitis (CRS). Methods A total of 100 CRS patients in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2024, and randomly divided into two groups: study and control, 50 cases in a single group to analyze the nursing effect. Results The study group had high health knowledge mastery, P <0.05; after nursing, the study group had low clinical symptom score, P <0.05. Conclusion The use of systematic health education methods for CRS rehabilitation and nursing can improve patients symptoms and scores, and improve the mastery of health knowledge.
