慢性根尖周炎是一种常见的口腔疾病，根管治疗作为其主要的治疗手段，在近年来得到了广泛的研究和应用。然而，由于多种因素的影响，初次根管治疗的成功率并未达到理想状态，因此，根管再治疗的研究显得尤为重要。本文综述了近年来慢性根尖周炎根管再治疗的研究进展，包括其失败原因、再治疗策略以及新技术在再治疗中的应用，为临床医生提供更有效的治疗方法和思路。

| Abstract |
Chronic apical periodontitis is a common oral disease, and root canal therapy, as its main treatment method, has been widely studied and applied in recent years. However, due to various factors, the success rate of initial root canal treatment has not reached the ideal state, so research on root canal retreatment is particularly important. This article reviews the research progress of root canal retreatment for chronic apical periodontitis in recent years, including the reasons for failure, retreatment strategies, and the application of new technologies in retreatment, providing clinical doctors with more effective treatment methods and ideas.
