高龄耳鼻喉手术患者心理护理临床效果分析

摘要	对高龄耳鼻喉手术患者的心理护理效果进行分析。方法为了提升耳鼻喉手术中高龄患者的护理效果，以心理护理和常规护理作为本次对比项，以本院的86例高龄耳鼻喉手术患者作为研究对象，分组后实施上述不同护理方式，主要目的是比较两组不同护理方式下的效果。结果在对比后发现，两组患者的护理效果之间显著存在比较大的差异（P＜0.05）。结论在耳鼻喉手术的高龄患者护理期间采取心理护理可以取得显著的护理效果，改善患者的情绪状态。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on elderly patients with ENT surgery. Methods n order to improve the nursing effect of elderly patients in ENT surgery, psychological nursing and routine nursing were used as the comparison items, and 86 elderly patients with ENT surgery in our hospital were taken as the research objects. The aim was to compare the effects of the two groups of different nursing modalities. Results After comparison, it was found that there was a significant difference in the nursing effect of the two groups of patients (P<0.05).Conclusion Taking psychological nursing during the nursing period of elderly patients with ENT surgery can achieve significant nursing effect and improve the emotional state of patients.
