| 摘要 |
本文综述了小儿重症肺炎气道护理的研究进展。小儿重症肺炎作为儿科常见且严重的疾病，其气道护理对于改善患儿病情、提高治疗效果具有重要意义。研究首先介绍了小儿重症肺炎的严重性和气道护理的重要性，随后详细阐述了气道护理在小儿重症肺炎中的具体实施方式，即无菌操作与病室环境护理、体位护理、生命体征监测与输液护理、营养支持护理、机械通气气道护理等，以期为临床相关护理提供参考。

| Abstract |
This article reviews the research progress of airway nursing for children with severe pneumonia. Pediatric severe pneumonia, as a common and serious disease in pediatrics, airway care is of great significance in improving the condition of children and enhancing treatment effectiveness. The study first introduced the severity of pediatric severe pneumonia and the importance of airway care, and then elaborated on the specific implementation methods of airway care in pediatric severe pneumonia, including aseptic operation and ward environment care, posture care, vital sign monitoring and infusion care, nutritional support care, mechanical ventilation airway care, etc., in order to provide reference for clinical nursing.
