| 摘要 |
观察在对肾病综合征患者护理时按照临床护理路径开展护理的效果。方法 在2022年5月9至2023年12月本院肾病综合征患者中选择86例为对象，按照Excel对患者随机排序划分对照组（43例，开展常规护理）和观察组（43例，按照临床护理路径进行护理）。对比两组患者护理效果。结果 对比患者治疗期间生活质量，观察组护理后高于对照组，P<0.05。对比患者并发症发生率，观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。护理满意度，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对肾病综合征患者护理时按照临床护理路径开展护理，可以提升患者在治疗期间生活质量，增加患者护理满意度，降低并发症发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of nursing according to clinical nursing pathways in the care of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Method 86 patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital from May 9, 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study population. The patients were randomly sorted using Excel and divided into a control group (43 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (43 cases, receiving care according to the clinical nursing pathway). Compare the nursing effects of two groups of patients. Result Comparing the quality of life of patients during treatment, the observation group showed a higher quality of life after nursing compared to the control group, P<0.05. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. Nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Following the clinical nursing pathway in the care of patients with nephrotic syndrome can improve their quality of life during treatment, increase patient nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications.
