摘要
探析实施预见性护理对艾灸烫伤的预防效果的影响作用。方法 选择我院重症监护室2023.2-2024.2,一年间接收的130名实习护生作为此次研究的目标对象。将实习护生按照带教方法的不同随机分为对照组(65例,进行常规教学)和研究组(65例,实施案例模拟教学法)。对两组实习护生在教学完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果 两组在重症监护室接受教学之后,均取得了一定成果,研究组实习护生的考核成绩高于对照组,教学评价优于对照组,差异具有统计学上的显著性(P<0.05)。结论 在对ICU科室的实习护生实施教学时,案例模拟教学法在重症监护室护理教学中效果显著,可以有效提高实习护生学习效果,优化教学评价,有较高的应用价值。
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of implementing anticipatory nursing on the preventive effect of moxibustion burns. Method 130 nursing interns admitted to our intensive care unit from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the target subjects for this study. Internship nursing students were randomly divided into a control group (65 cases, receiving routine teaching) and a research group (65 cases, implementing case simulation teaching method) according to different teaching methods. Collect and analyze the effects of two groups of intern nursing students after teaching completion. Result After receiving teaching in the intensive care unit, both groups achieved certain results. The assessment scores of the research groups intern nursing students were higher than those of the control group, and the teaching evaluation was better than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The case simulation teaching method has a significant effect on the teaching of intensive care unit nursing for interns in ICU departments. It can effectively improve the learning effectiveness of interns, optimize teaching evaluation, and has high application value.
