| 摘要 |
探讨个性化综合护理在双向情感障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 在2023年3月至2024年3月期间，选取72例双向情感障碍患者作为研究对象。经过随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组，每组36例。对照组采取常规护理，实验组采取个性化综合护理。对比两组患者满意度、抑郁程度、狂躁程度以及生活质量。结果 实验组满意度以及生活质量评分高于对照组，抑郁程度、狂躁程度低于对照组，均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 个性化综合护理能够有效提高双向情感障碍患者的生活质量并减轻症状，提高患者满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized comprehensive nursing in patients with bipolar disorder. Method From March 2023 to March 2024, 72 patients with bipolar disorder were selected as the study subjects. Divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received personalized comprehensive care. Compare the satisfaction, depression level, mania level, and quality of life between two groups of patients. Result The satisfaction and quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, while the levels of depression and mania were lower than those of the control group, both of which were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the quality of life and alleviate symptoms of patients with bipolar disorder, and increase patient satisfaction.
