| 摘要 |
分析心内科护生实行翻转课堂教学模式对护理技能及自我导向学习能力的影响。方法 采用2022年3月-2023年3月在我院心内科实习的70名护生,根据实习先后顺序分为对照组34名,观察组36名,分别实行常规教学模式、翻转课堂教学模式,对两组护理技能考核成绩(理论知识、临床操作)、自我导向学习能力评分(SRSSDL)及护生满意情况进行比较。结果 与对照组相较,观察组护理技巧考核成绩更高,自我导向学习能力评分更高,护生满意度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心内科护生实行翻转课堂教学模式效果较佳,可提高护理技巧学习成绩,提升自我导向学习能力,并提高教学满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of implementing flipped classroom teaching mode on nursing skills and self-directed learning ability among cardiology nursing students. Method 70 nursing students who interned in the cardiology department of our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were divided into a control group of 34 students and an observation group of 36 students according to the order of internship. The two groups were subjected to conventional teaching mode and flipped classroom teaching mode, respectively. The nursing skill assessment scores (theoretical knowledge, clinical operation), self-directed learning ability score (SRSSDL), and nursing student satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher scores in nursing skills assessment, self-directed learning ability, and nursing student satisfaction, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of flipped classroom teaching mode in cardiology nursing students has a better effect, which can improve nursing skills learning performance, enhance self-directed learning ability, and increase teaching satisfaction.
