| 摘要 |
探究舒适护理在血液透析护理中的运用价值。方法 在2023年5月至2024年3月本院血液透析患者中选择78例为对象，随机排序划分2组，对照组接受常规护理支持（39例），观察组开展舒适护理（39例）。对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者透析期间负面情绪评分低于对照组，P<0.05。透析期间生活质量，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对血液透析患者护理时开展舒适护理干预，可以改善患者透析期间心理状态，提升患者生活质量，综合保障对该部分患者透析护理效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application value of comfort nursing in hemodialysis nursing. Method From May 2023 to March 2024, 78 hemodialysis patients in our hospital were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing support (39 cases), while the observation group received comfort nursing (39 cases). Compare the nursing effects between two groups. Result The negative emotion score of the observation group during dialysis was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. The quality of life during dialysis was higher in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention in the care of hemodialysis patients can improve their psychological state during dialysis, enhance their quality of life, and comprehensively ensure the effectiveness of dialysis nursing for this group of patients.
