| 摘要 |
探析实施人文关怀在精神科患者康复护理中的影响作用。方法 选择我院2023.8-2024.2，一年间收治的70例精神科患者作为此次研究的目标对象。将患者按照护理方法的不同随机划分为两组，对照组（35例，使用常规护理）和研究组（35例，实施人文关怀护理干预）。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和对比分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，研究组患者的个人卫生、生活能力、兴趣、社交能力各项评分以及护理满意度均高于对照组，差异均具有统计学上的显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 在精神科患者康复护理中，人文关怀干预有显著的应用效果，可以有效改善患者康复疗效，提高护理满意度，有显著的应用意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of implementing humanistic care in the rehabilitation nursing of psychiatric patients. Method 70 psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the target subjects for this study. Patients were randomly divided into two groups according to different nursing methods: a control group (35 cases, using routine nursing) and a study group (35 cases, implementing humanistic care nursing intervention). Collect and compare the effects of nursing care between two groups of patients. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care. The study group had higher scores in personal hygiene, life ability, interests, social skills, and nursing satisfaction than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the rehabilitation nursing of psychiatric patients, humanistic care intervention has significant application effects, which can effectively improve the rehabilitation efficacy of patients, increase nursing satisfaction, and have significant application significance.
