| 摘要 |
本文将60例患者分对照组30例实施常规护理，实验组30例增加分阶段实施改良式森田疗法，均对其治疗3月后，以治疗前后两组患者精神病症状严重程度、社会功能、自理能力等为观察指标，对比两组治疗效果。两组基线数据对比，无显著差异，P﹥0.05。而护理后，实验组相较对照组精神病症状严重程度改善更多，社会功能改善更多，自理能力提高更多，差异对比有统计学意义，P﹤0.05。证实了分阶段实施改良式森田疗法可改善精神分离患者的临床症状，促进其社会功能改善，让患者自理能力提高，减少家属以及临床照护压力。

| Abstract |
In this paper, 60 patients were divided into control group (30 cases) and experimental group (30 cases) . After 3 months of treatment, 30 patients in the control group received routine nursing and 30 patients in the experimental group received modified Morita Therapy, before and after treatment, the severity of psychotic symptoms, social function and self-care ability were observed and compared between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups in baseline data (P > 0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group improved more in the severity of psychiatric symptoms, social function and self-care ability, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05) . It is proved that the modified Morita therapy can improve the clinical symptoms, social function, self-care ability and reduce the pressure of family members and clinical care.
