Objective To study the application of predictive nursing in the care of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Method 84 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were selected for this trial, all of whom were admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to August 2022. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a control group using a randomized program written in R language. The routine group underwent basic nursing operations, while the foresight group further implemented foresight nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The results showed that the predictive group had advantages in heart function grading, hospitalization time, seizure time, seizure frequency, symptom score, reasonable diet, medication adherence, emotional regulation, scientific exercise, and nursing satisfaction compared to the conventional group (P<0.05), and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, predictive nursing can effectively improve the occurrence of angina pectoris and increase patient satisfaction through reasonable diet, medication, exercise, and emotional regulation. It is worth promoting in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
