Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pediatric diarrhea and its impact on gastrointestinal function. Method Fifty pediatric diarrhea patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to April 2022 were selected as the target subjects of this study. Patients were randomly divided into a control group (25 cases, receiving routine care) and a study group (25 cases, receiving comprehensive nursing intervention) according to different nursing methods. Collect and analyze the effects of nursing care on two groups of patients. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care. The study group had shorter antiemetic time, antidiarrheal time, normal bowel movement time, and fever reducing time compared to the control group, and lower inflammatory factor indicators compared to the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process of pediatric diarrhea patients, comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively improve the inflammatory factor indicators of patients, promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms, and have significant application significance.
