| 摘要 |
浅析对泌尿外科手术患者实施护理干预后缓解疼痛的效果。方法 本次选择200例泌尿外科患者为研究对象，就诊时间为2023年8月-2024年2月，随机分为研究组和常规组，分别实施护理干预和常规护理，对比疼痛缓解效果。结果 护理后，研究组VAS评分显著低于常规组，心理状态较常规组更优，统计学有意义（P＜0.05）。结论 泌尿外科患者在手术后采用护理干预措施，可以显著改善其心理状态，缓解术后疼痛，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of relieving pain after nursing intervention in urological surgery patients. Methods 200 patients with urology surgery were selected as the study subjects, and the treatment time was from August 2023 to February 2024. They were randomly divided into the study group and the routine group, respectively, to implement nursing intervention and routine nursing, and compare the pain relief effect. Results After nursing, the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group, and the psychological state was better than that of the conventional group, which was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychological state and relieve postoperative pain in patients with urology surgery, which is worth popularizing.
