| 摘要 |
探讨脑外伤患者采取人性化护理对其生活质量及护理效果的影响。方法 选取2020年9月至2022年9月收治的脑外伤患者92例，随机分为观察组（人性化护理）和对照组（常规护理）各46例，对比效果。结果 观察组生活质量及护理质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 人性化护理可有效提升脑外伤患者的护理效果，改善生活质量，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing on the quality of life and nursing effect of patients with brain trauma. Methods A total of 92 cases of TBI patients admitted from September 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into observation group (humanized nursing) and control group (routine nursing), 46 cases each, to compare the effect. Results The scores of life quality and nursing quality in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing can effectively improve the nursing effect of patients with brain trauma, improve the quality of life, the effect is good.
