| 摘要 |
本研究旨在探究延续性护理管理在老年骨质疏松患者护理中的效果。方法 选择2022年4月到2023年4月期间收治的150例老年骨质疏松患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=75例，常规护理）与观察组（n=75例，延续性护理）。护理周期1年。对比患者骨密度及护理满意度。结果 观察组腰椎及髋部骨密度高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 延续性护理运用于老年骨质疏松患者中，可以显著提高患者的骨密度、提升生活质量以及护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective This study aims to explore the effectiveness of continuity of care management in the care of elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods 150 elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted between April 2022 and April 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=75, with routine care) and an observation group (n=75, with continuous care) using a random number table method. The nursing cycle is one year. Compare patient bone density and nursing satisfaction. Results The bone density of the lumbar spine and hip in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of continuity of care in elderly patients with osteoporosis can significantly improve their bone density, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction.
