Objective To analyze the intervention of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of radical resection of lung cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group (50 cases with routine nursing intervention) and observation group (50 cases with nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery). The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The complication rate and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The first exhaust time, the first time to get out of bed and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer has achieved an obvious effect, which can significantly reduce the pain of patients, reduce the incidence of complications and promote postoperative rehabilitation. It has high application value.
