腕踝针刺治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经疾病的临床研究

| 摘要 |
分析探讨腕踝针刺治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经疾病的临床效果。方法 选择我院2024.03～2024.06所接收的30例痛性糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象，平均分为观察组（腕踝针刺治疗）与对照组（西医常规治疗），将两组治疗前后的疼痛度（NRS）、神经功能缺损度（NDS）、神经病变度（TCSS）以及神经筛查评分（五项简单筛查法）进行比较。结果 治疗后观察组NRS评分（3.76±1.11）分，比对照组（5.62±1.74）分低（P<0.05）；NDS评分（1.67±1.23）分，比对照组（3.74±1.12）分低（P<0.05）；TCSS评分（7.46±1.05）分，比对照组（9.87±1.41）分低（P<0.05）；五项简单筛查法评分（3.21±1.16）分，比对照组（6.62±1.23）分低（P<0.05）。结论 腕踝针刺治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经疾病效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral nerve diseases. Methods Thirty patients with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy received in our hospital from 2024.03 to 2024.06 were selected as the study objects, and were evenly divided into observation group (wrist and ankle acupuncture treatment) and control group (conventional Western medicine treatment). The pain degree (NRS), neurological function deficit (NDS), neuropathy degree (TCSS) and neurological screening score (five simple screening methods) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the NRS score of observation group (3.76±1.11) was lower than that of control group (5.62±1.74) (P<0.05). NDS score (1.67±1.23) was lower than that of control group (3.74±1.12) (P<0.05). The TCSS score (7.46±1.05) was lower than that of the control group (9.87±1.41) (P<0.05). The score of five simple screening methods (3.21±1.16) was lower than that of the control group (6.62±1.23) (P<0.05). Conclusion Wrist and ankle acupuncture is effective in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral nerve diseases, which is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
