Objective To analyze the application of family early warning nursing combined with health education in patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods A total of 70 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital were taken as the object, with 35 cases in each group. The control group and observation group received routine nursing and family early warning nursing combined with health education, respectively, and then analyzed the medication compliance, self-care ability and complication rate of the two groups of patients. Results The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Self-care concept, self-care responsibility, self-care skill and self-care health knowledge in observation group were higher than those in control group, P < 0.05; The incidence of urinary tract infection, upper respiratory tract infection and skin injury and ulceration in observation group was lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing, family early warning nursing combined with health education has a more significant effect. After nursing, it can be obviously seen that the medication compliance and self-care ability of patients with nephrotic syndrome have been improved, thus reducing the incidence of complications, which is worthy of application and promotion.
