中医康复护理在膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的应用探究

| 摘要 |
分析膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）采取中医康复护理的效果。方法 选取2023年3月至2024年2月诊治的KOA患者112例，随机分为观察组（中医康复护理）和对照组（常规康复护理）各56例，对比效果。结果 观察组ISOA评分、血清炎性因子及并发症发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中医康复护理可有效改善KOA患者临床症状，降低炎性因子，减少并发症，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing for knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods A total of 112 KOA patients diagnosed and treated from March 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into observation group (TCM rehabilitation nursing) and control group (conventional rehabilitation nursing), 56 cases each, to compare the effect. Results The ISOA score, serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of KOA patients, reduce inflammatory factors, reduce complications, the effect is good.
