| 摘要 |
分析妊娠期高血压患者的临床护理。方法 选取2023年妊娠期高血压患者为分析目标，按照随机数字表法分成两组均40例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组产科综合护理，对比两组的护理干预效果差异。结果 护理后，观察组患者血压水平改善明显，心理状态和疾病认知更好，与对照组形成明显差异，同时观察组护理还能预防不良母婴预后，统计学差异成立（P＜0.05）。结论 妊娠期高血压患者住院期间实行产科综合护理，可有效提高患者的疾病认知，改善不良心理状态，有效控制血压水平，提升生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing of patients with gestational hypertension. Methods Selecting patients with gestational hypertension in 2023 as the analysis target, they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases each. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received comprehensive obstetric care. The difference in nursing intervention effects between the two groups was compared. Results After nursing, the blood pressure level of the observation group patients improved significantly, their psychological state and disease cognition were better, forming a significant difference compared to the control group. At the same time, nursing in the observation group could also prevent poor maternal and infant prognosis, and the statistical difference was established (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing comprehensive obstetric care during hospitalization for patients with gestational hypertension can effectively improve their disease awareness, improve their negative psychological state, effectively control blood pressure levels, and enhance their quality of life.
