| 摘要 |
探析快速康复护理应用在胸腔镜下肺结节切除术后患者中的效果。方法 选择我院收治的52例行胸腔镜下肺结节切除术患者，随机平分成对照组和观察组，分别实行常规护理和快速康复护理，对比效果。结果 观察组并发症、HAMA、WHOQOL-BREF、PSQI评分、护理满意度均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 快速康复护理能够使胸腔镜下肺结节切除术后患者的并发症减少，使焦虑和睡眠质量改善，有效将生活质量和护理满意度提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients after thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection. Methods 100 patients with thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, and implemented routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation care respectively to compare the effect. Results Complications, HAMA, WHOQOL-BREF, PSQI score, and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation care can reduce the complications in patients after thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection, improve anxiety and sleep quality, and effectively improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
