| 摘要 |
探究分析妇科门诊阴道炎护理中的临床价值。方法 时间：2023年1月至2024年1月，对象：妇科门诊阴道炎患者共52例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用门诊综合护理，对比两组服药依从性以及自我管理能力。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 门诊综合护理可显著改善患者服药依从性以及自我管理能力，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of nursing care for vaginitis in gynecological outpatient department. Methods From January 2023 to January 2024, a total of 52 patients with vaginitis in gynecological outpatient department were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received outpatient comprehensive nursing. The medication compliance and self-management ability of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Outpatient comprehensive nursing can significantly improve patients medication compliance and self-management ability, which is worth promoting and applying.
