Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of "Internet + nursing service" on lung function, quality of life and risk of complications in home nursing of COPD patients. Methods 96 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into 2 groups (grouping method: random sampling), with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with "Internet + nursing service" home nursing mode. Lung function, 6-minute walking distance, quality of life (CAT), and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups to evaluate nursing outcomes. Results The lung function index (FVC, FEV1) and 6-minute walking test distance of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the CAT quality of life score was also significantly lower, and the incidence of complications during nursing was less (P < 0.05). Conclusion "Internet + nursing service" has shown remarkable application effect in home nursing of COPD patients, which can effectively improve the lung function and quality of life of patients, and effectively prevent the occurrence of complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
