| 摘要 |
分析分层管理在重症医学科护理管理中的应用效果。方法 本次研究的初始时间为2020年1月份，截止时间为2023年12月份，纳入护理人员的数量为40名，其中2020.1-2023.6月份未开展分层管理，为常规管理作为本次研究的对照组，2023年1月-2023年12月份开展分层管理，作为本次研究的实验组，分析管理前后护理人员的满意度以及护理质量。结果 实验组护理人员的管理满意度更佳，护理质量显优，P<0.05。结论 在重症医学科护理管理中开展分层管理，可以提升护理人员的满意度，提升整体护理质量，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of hierarchical management in nursing management of intensive care medicine department. Methods The initial time of this study was January 2020 and the end time was December 2023. The number of nurses included was 40. Stratified management was not carried out from January 2020.1 to 2023.6, and they were conventional management as the control group of this study. As the experimental group of this study, the satisfaction and nursing quality of nursing staff before and after management were analyzed. Results The nursing staff in the experimental group had better management satisfaction and better nursing quality (P<0.05). Conclusion It is worth advocating carrying out hierarchical management in the nursing management of intensive care medicine department, which can improve the satisfaction of nursing staff and the overall nursing quality.
