| 摘要 |
本研究针对基层医院重症医学科患者的实际需求，设计并评估了一种新型改良式多功能重症患者病员服。研究小组由 9 人组成，包括护理教育与管理领域主任护师、临床副主任护师、主管护师、护师及护士。研究小组设计了改良病员服图纸，并制订了患者及家属、医护人员满意度调查问卷。通过对基层医院重症医学科患者的应用研究，收集并分析了相关数据。结果表明，新型改良式病员服在提高患者舒适度、方便护理操作、保护患者隐私等方面具有显著效果，同时也得到了患者及家属和医护人员的高度认可。本研究为基层医院重症医学科患者的护理提供了新的思路和方法。

| Abstract |
This study designed and evaluated a new type of improved multi-functional gown for critical patients according to the actual needs of patients in intensive care department of primary hospitals. The study team consisted of nine people, including the lead nurse in the field of nursing education and management, the associate clinical lead nurse, the lead nurse, the nurse and the nurse. The research team designed the drawings of the improved hospital clothes and developed questionnaires on the satisfaction of patients, their families and medical staff. The relevant data were collected and analyzed through the applied research of patients in intensive care department of primary hospital. The results showed that the new improved gown had remarkable effects on improving patient comfort, facilitating nursing operation and protecting patient privacy, and was also highly recognized by patients, their families and medical staff. This study provides a new idea and method for the nursing of patients in intensive medicine department in primary hospitals.
