| 摘要 |
探讨老年高血压患者采取互联网+护理模式对起自我效能、负性情绪的影响。方法 选取2022年5月至2023年6月收治的老年高血压患者84例，随机分为观察组（互联网+护理模式）和对照组（常规护理）各42例，对比效果。结果 观察组自我效能评分、生活质量评分高于对照组，负性情绪评分、血压水平均低于对照组（均P<0.05）。结论 互联网+模式护理可有效改善老年高血压患者的负性情绪，提升自我效能，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effects of Internet + nursing mode on self-efficacy and negative emotion in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 84 elderly hypertensive patients admitted from May 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into observation group (Internet + nursing mode) and control group (routine nursing), 42 cases each, to compare the effect. Results The self-efficacy score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the negative emotion score and blood pressure level were lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Internet + nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions and self-efficacy of elderly patients with hypertension, and the effect is good.
