摘要
探讨手术室护理教学中设定明确、科学的教学目标体系的教学效果。方法 2023年4月-2024年4月间86名手术室护理人员,按照随机原则分为两组,各43例,对照组采用传统带教法,观察组采用目标教学法,对比两组教学效果。结果 观察组操作技能、理论知识、临床应用能力考核成绩、护理人员对教学过程满意度高于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 目标教学法通过设定明确、具体的学习目标激发护理人员对学习的兴趣,进一步提高理论知识与动手能力,培养其临床思维,提升护理人员的满意度。
Abstract
Objective To explore the teaching effect of setting a clear and scientific teaching objective system in the operating room nursing teaching. Methods From April 2023 to April 2024,86 operating room trainee nursing students were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization, with 43 cases each. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted the target teaching method to compare the teaching effect of the two groups. Results Operation skills, theoretical knowledge, clinical application ability assessment results, and nursing students satisfaction with the teaching process were higher than the control group, and the difference between groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Objective teaching method sets clear and specific learning objectives to stimulate nursing students interest in learning, further improve their theoretical knowledge and practical ability, cultivate their clinical thinking, and improve the satisfaction of nursing students.
