Objective To analyze the effect of optimal operating room management in clinical orthopaedic aseptic surgery, and to analyze the postoperative infection of patients. Methods 200 patients were selected to participate in this study, and the subjects were selected in different time periods. The first time period was from January to June 2023, during which patients received general operating room management, and 100 cases were selected to be included in the control group; the second time period was from July to December 2023, during which patients received optimal operating room management. 100 cases were included in the observation group. The follow-up results of the two groups were compared, and the infection status and postoperative recovery status of the patients were compared. Results The indicators to be compared in this study included operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative incision infection rate and patients nursing satisfaction. The comparison showed that the above indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group, indicating that the optimal management of the operating room had better nursing effect on patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion The optimal nursing in the operating room can significantly improve the surgical indicators, reduce the postoperative incision infection rate, and improve the patient satisfaction.
