| 摘要 |
分析为糖尿病患者实施规范化健康教育的临床效果。方法 在2023年4月至2024年4月期间选取100例糖尿病患者为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为两组，对照组接受常规护理，研究组接受规范化健康教育护理，比较两组血糖水平、认知评分差异。结果 研究组患者空腹血糖水平以及餐后2h血糖水平降低幅度大于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；研究组患者认知评分提升幅度大于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在糖尿病患者接受治疗过程中实施规范化健康教育护理可有效改善血糖指标，使得患者更加了解糖尿病相关知识，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of implementing standardized health education for patients with diabetes. Methods From April 2023 to April 2024,100 diabetic patients were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group received routine care, and the study group received standardized health education care. Compared the differences in blood glucose level and cognitive score between the two groups. Results The fasting glucose and 2h postprandial glucose levels in the study group decreased more than those in the control group (P <0.05); the cognitive score in the study group increased more than the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of standardized health education and nursing in the treatment of diabetic patients can effectively improve blood glucose index and make patients better aware of diabetes, which is worth promoting.
