改良式体位排痰与艾灸的中西医结合新方法在治疗脑卒中坠积性肺炎患者中的应用

摘要
讨论及研究改良式体位排痰与艾灸的中西医结合新方法治疗脑卒中患者出现坠积性肺炎的效果。方法 本次研究的时间范围2019年7月-2022年6月,患者的数量为120例,依据数字表法分成对照组和治疗组,每组60例患者,对照组:常规护理;治疗组:体位排痰与艾灸的中西医结合方法,治疗时间为两周,分析两组患者治疗前后症状改善情况,评价综合疗效,明确患者的精神状态。结果 治疗组患者临床症状改善更佳,综合疗效显佳,精神状态明显得到改善,p<0.05。结论 脑卒中患者坠积性肺炎提供体位排痰与艾灸的中西医结合新方法治疗,可以改善患者临床症状,改善患者的精神状态,促进患者恢复,值得提倡。
Abstract
Objective To discuss and study the effect of improved postural expectoration combined with moxibustion on hypostatic pneumonia in stroke patients. Methods The time range of this study was 2019.7-2022.6, and the number of patients was 120, which were divided into control group and treatment group according to digital table method, with 60 patients in each group. Treatment group: postural expectoration and moxibustion were combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The treatment time was two weeks. The improvement of symptoms before and after treatment of the two groups of patients was analyzed, the comprehensive curative effect was evaluated, and the mental state of the patients was clarified. Results In the treatment group, the clinical symptoms improved better, the comprehensive curative effect was better, and the mental state was significantly improved, p<0.05. Conclusion The new treatment method of postural sputum drainage and moxibustion in stroke patients with hypostatic pneumonia can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the mental state of patients, and promote the recovery of patients, which is worth advocating.
