| 摘要 |
研究多学科护理团队在2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗围术期中的作用。方法 选取本院2022年1月-2023年1月期间收治的2型糖尿病患者（采用胰岛素泵治疗）200例作为研究对象，根据护理模式的差异分为对照组（100例患者围术期实施常规护理）,观察组（100例患者在常规护理的基础上给予多学科协作护理）。比较两组护理效果。结果 在QOL-BREF评分上，两组干预前比较无明显差异（P>0.05），干预后评分均明显提高（P<0.05），且与对照组相比，观察组生理健康、心理健康、社会关系评分更高（P<0.05）。观察组患者的护理舒适度明显高于对照组患者，（p＜0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组满意度（服务态度、服务技术、服务效率、服务质量、时间管理）更高（P<0.05）。结论 对2型糖尿病患者围术期胰岛泵治疗期间采用多学科协作护理模式的护理效果显著，能够有效改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平，不仅提高了患者的生活质量，还提升了患者护理舒适度和满意度，值得临床推广和进一步研究。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the role of a multidisciplinary nursing team in the perioperative treatment of insulin pump in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 200 patients with type 2 diabetes (treated with insulin pump) from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study object, divided into control group (100 patients with perioperative routine care), and observation group (100 patients with multidisciplinary collaborative care on the basis of routine care). Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Results In terms of QOL-BREF score, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), the scores improved significantly (P <0.05), and the observation group had higher physical health, mental health and social relationship scores compared with the control group (P <0.05). The nursing comfort of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, (p <0.05). Compared with the control group, the satisfaction rate (service attitude, service technology, service efficiency, service quality, time management) was higher in the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion The nursing effect of multidisciplinary cooperative nursing mode during perioperative islet pump treatment for type 2 diabetes patients is remarkable, which can effectively improve the blood glucose level of type 2 diabetes patients, not only improve the quality of life of patients, but also improve the nursing comfort and satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
