Objective To explore the application effect of experience-based health education in the rehabilitation nursing process of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, and observe the medical value. Methods 80 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in the past five years were selected as observation samples. After explaining the experimental purpose, the patients were guided to choose their own groups, namely the control group with routine nursing (n=40) and the observation group with real experience health education measures based on routine nursing (n=40). Data indexes involved in the experiment before and after the intervention were recorded in the two groups respectively, and the analysis and comparison were completed to observe the results. Results After different interventions, there were significant differences in the relevant data between the two groups. The score of knowledge and practice, self-care ability, Harris hip function score and treatment compliance in the observation group were all better than those in the control group. Statistical analysis showed that P values were all <0.05 standard. Conclusion The implementation of health education measures based on real experience in the rehabilitation nursing of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can significantly improve the patients self-care ability and improve the cognition level of knowledge, belief and action, which has positive significance for the maintenance of treatment compliance, and also makes use of limb function recovery, which is worthy of popularization and reference.
