| 摘要 |
分析对肺癌免疫治疗患者应用日间优质护理联合夜间居家护理的效果。方法 抽选2023年3月-2023年12月于我院日间病房就诊的肺癌免疫治疗患者76例，以区组随机法分38例为对照组实施常规护理，另外38例为观察组实施日间优质护理联合夜间居家护理，以肺癌FACT-L生活质量评分、CD-RISC心理弹性量表对比两组患者生活质量以及心理情绪；结果 护理前，观察组各项指标差异不显著，P﹥0.05，护理后观察组指标优于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 对肺癌免疫治疗患者实施日间优质护理联合夜间居家护理的效果较好，可提高生活质量和心理弹性，利于患者治疗信心增加，更好面对疾病和治疗。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of daytime quality nursing combined with night home nursing in patients with lung cancer immunotherapy. Methods A total of 76 lung cancer immunotherapy patients treated in the day ward of our hospital from March 2023 to December 2023 were selected, and 38 patients were divided into the control group by block randomized method to receive routine nursing, and the other 38 patients were given daytime high-quality nursing combined with night home nursing. Lung cancer FACT-L quality of life score and CD-RISC mental resilience scale were used to compare the quality of life and psychological emotion between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the indexes of the observation group (P>0.05), and after nursing, the indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of daytime quality nursing combined with night home nursing is better in patients with lung cancer immunotherapy, which can improve the quality of life and psychological resilience, increase patients confidence in treatment, and better face the disease and treatment.
