Objective To explore the application effect of magnetic hospital management model in the nursing management of geriatrics. Methods November 2020-November 2021 is the implementation stage of the research. This process is also the main stage of clarifying the research objects and conducting the research. 100 patients who have undergone geriatric treatment in our hospital are selected as the sample size, of which November 2020 The nursing model adopted until May 2021 is routine care, and this stage is regarded as the reference group; from June 2021 until the study receives the magnetic hospital management model for nursing, this stage is regarded as the research group, and the specific conditions of the two groups are recorded and carried out. Correlation analysis and comparison. Results Comparing the two groups of nursing satisfaction, the group with higher satisfaction is the study group, and the reference group is lower, indicating that the difference (P<0.05) is statistically significant. The quality of care between the two groups was compared, and the group with higher quality was the study group, indicating that the difference (P<0.05) was statistically significant. Conclusion Applying the magnetic hospital management model in the nursing management of geriatrics can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients and promote the improvement of nursing quality. It has high promotion and applicability.
