Objective: To study the application effect of standardized pain care and combined psychological counseling during the treatment of patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods: Among 60 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted in our hospital, the selected patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group gave routine nursing, and the observation group carried out standardized pain nursing combined psychological counseling intervention, and analyzed and compared the nursing effect achieved between the two groups. Results: The comparison of the final results of the two groups showed that the anxiety and compliance of the observation group were significantly improved compared with that of the control group, the pain of the patients was significantly less than that of the control group, less complications than that of the control group, and the final quality of life of the patients was significantly improved compared with that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The joint program of standardized pain nursing and psychological counseling during the treatment of pancreatic cancer patients can further improve the quality of clinical nursing service, enhance the physical and mental comfort and coordination of patients, reduce the pain of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
