| 摘要 |
分析子宫肌瘤用优质护理的价值。方法 随机分2021年1月-2023年1月本科接诊子宫肌瘤病人（n=213）。试验组108人采取优质护理，对照组105人行常规护理。对比SDS评分等指标。结果 关于SDS和SAS评分：干预后，试验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。依从性和满意度：试验组达到98.15%、97.22%，但对照组却仅有90.48%、83.81%，比较发现：试验组数据更高（P＜0.05）。住院时间：试验组只有（4.79±0.83）d，但对照组却达到了（5.93±0.97）d，比较发现：试验组的时间更短（P＜0.05）。sf-36评分：治疗后，试验组（89.54±3.04）分，对照组（83.18±4.67）分，试验组数据更高（P＜0.05）。结论 子宫肌瘤用优质护理，病人的依从性更高，住院时间更短，心态改善也更加明显，满意度提升更为迅速，生活质量改善更为迅速。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of high-quality nursing for uterine fibroids. Methods Patients with uterine fibroids were randomly assigned from January 2021 to January 2023 (n=213). 108 patients in the experimental group received high quality nursing, and 105 patients in the control group received routine nursing. Compare SDS scores and other indicators. Results SDS and SAS scores: After intervention, the test group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Compliance and satisfaction: the experimental group reached 98.15% and 97.22%, while the control group only reached 90.48% and 83.81%, which were higher in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Length of stay: the experimental group was only (4.79±0.83) days, but the control group reached (5.93±0.97) days, and the experimental group was shorter (P < 0.05). sf-36 score: After treatment, the experimental group (89.54±3.04) score, control group (83.18±4.67) score, the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion With high-quality nursing for uterine fibroids, the patients compliance is higher, the hospital stay is shorter, the improvement of mentality is more obvious, the improvement of satisfaction is more rapid, and the improvement of quality of life is more rapid.
