| 摘要 |
分析头颈部肿瘤患者的生存质量，以及应对方式和社会支持的相关性研究。方法 选取2022—2023年76例头颈部肿瘤患者，采用问卷调查的方式了解头颈部肿瘤的生存质量，并对调查结果进行相关因素分析。结果 76例头颈部肿瘤患者的生存质量得分与国内常模具有一定的差异性，相比于国内常模，回避应对得分较高，屈服应对得分、面对应对得分较低（P<0.05）。结论 采用有效的社会支持及应对方式，有助于提高头颈部肿瘤患者生存质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the correlation between quality of life, coping style and social support in patients with head and neck tumors. Methods 76 patients with head and neck tumors from 2022 to 2023 were selected to investigate the quality of life of head and neck tumors by questionnaire survey, and the related factors were analyzed. Results The quality of life scores of 76 patients with head and neck tumors were different from those of the domestic norm. Compared with the domestic norm, the scores of avoidance coping were higher, and the scores of yielding coping and facing coping were lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting effective social support and coping style is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients with head and neck tumor.
