产妇剖宫产下肢静脉血栓采用插本后全面护理的临床效果研究

| 摘要 |
本研究旨在探讨产妇剖宫产术后采用插本后全面护理对下肢静脉血栓（DVT）的预防效果。方法 选择2022年3月至2023年3月在我院接受剖宫产手术的产妇60例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=30例，常规护理）与实验组（n=30例，插本后全面护理）。对比两组患者舒适性、睡眠质量、疼痛情况、心理状态以及DVT发生率。结果 实验组舒适性、睡眠质量均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组VAS评分、SAS、SDS评分以及DVT发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 妇剖宫产术后采用插本后全面护理可有效降低DVT的发生风险并改善患者心理状态，促进患者康复。

| Abstract |
Objective This study was to investigate the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing after insertion on lower limb venous thrombosis (DVT) after cesarean section. Methods A total of 60 women who received cesarean section in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group (n=30 cases, routine care) and experimental group (n=30 cases, comprehensive care after insertion) according to random number table method. Comfort, sleep quality, pain, mental state and incidence of DVT were compared between the two groups. Results The comfort and sleep quality of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). VAS scores, SAS scores, SDS scores and the incidence of DVT in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing after cesarean section can effectively reduce the risk of DVT, improve the psychological state of patients, and promote the recovery of patients.
