护理质量专项改善在缩短脑卒中患者留置胃管时间的应用

摘要	探讨质量专项改善在缩短脑卒中患者留置胃管时间的应用效果。方法组建质量专项改善活动小组，将神经内科2020年1月份至2020年12月份期间住院患者留置胃管时间进行收集，对2021年1月至12月份期间住院患者采取相应的吞咽测试及训练后，再次收集对比实施前后患者留置胃管时间。结果通过组建质量专项改善活动小组，缩短了住院患者留置胃管时间。结论质量专项改善缩短了住院患者留置胃管时间，提高了患者的生活质量，减轻了家庭的经济负担。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of special quality improvement in shortening the time of indwelling gastric tube in stroke patients. Methods a special quality improvement activity group was established to collect the time of indwelling gastric tube of inpatients in neurology department from January 2020 to December 2020. After taking corresponding swallowing test and training for inpatients from January to December 2021, the time of indwelling gastric tube of patients before and after implementation was collected and compared again. Results the time of indwelling gastric tube in hospitalized patients was shortened by establishing a special quality improvement activity group. Conclusion the special improvement of quality can shorten the time of indwelling gastric tube for hospitalized patients, improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the economic burden of families.
