Objective To explore the value of perioperative nursing interventions in the repair of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea (CFR). Methods 92 CFR patients who underwent repair surgery from August 2020 to September 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group (perioperative comprehensive nursing) and a control group (routine nursing), with 46 patients in each group, and the effects were compared. Results The psychological state score, surgical related indicators, and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative nursing during CFR repair surgery can effectively improve patients psychological state, reduce complications, and enhance their quality of life, with good results.
