| 摘要 |
分析对儿童支气管哮喘患者实施特异性免疫治疗护理的效果。方法 抽选2022年3月-2023年3月于我院就诊的儿童支气管哮喘患者70 例，以简单分层随机法分35例为对照组实施常规护理，另外35例为观察组则增加依从性优质护理，对比两组患儿家长疾病了解度以及两组患儿的依从性；结果 护理后，观察组家长疾病了解度指标优于对照组，患儿的依从性也高于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 对实施特异性免疫治疗的儿童患者加强护理干预可提高家长的疾病了解度，辅助护理和治疗优质进行，也可给患儿打造较好的护理体验，利于其依存，综合性提高治疗效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of specific immunotherapy nursing for children with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 70 children with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected, 35 cases were divided into the control group by simple stratified random method to implement routine nursing, and the other 35 cases were divided into the observation group to increase compliance and quality nursing. The disease understanding degree of parents and compliance of children in the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the disease understanding index of parents in observation group was better than that of control group, and the compliance of children was also higher than that of control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention for children with specific immunotherapy can improve the parents understanding of the disease, assist the quality of nursing and treatment, and create a better nursing experience for children, which is conducive to their dependence and comprehensive improvement of treatment effect.
