| 摘要 |
通过对1例多种胰岛素过敏患者开展胰岛素过敏试验和急症脱敏治疗的观察护理进行总结。体会要点如下：胰岛素过敏试验皮试液的配置，皮试的观察，脱敏制剂的配置及注射部位的观察护理。

| Abstract |
This paper summarized the observation and nursing care of a patient with multiple insulin allergy who underwent insulin allergy test and emergency desensitization treatment. The main points of experience are as follows: the preparation of the skin test solution for the insulin allergy test, observations from the skin test, and the preparation and administration of the desensitization solution.
