Objective The effect of surgical treatment for anorectal diseases is generally ideal and widely used. After surgery, most patients will have pain of different degrees. Adopt personalized nursing intervention and analyze the impact of this way on the postoperative pain and rehabilitation effect of patients. Methods the study time was from January 2021 to December 2021. The subjects were 246 patients with Anorectal surgery in our hospital during this period. The above patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number method. Routine nursing intervention and personalized nursing intervention were used respectively, and the application effect was analyzed. Results the degree of pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the psychological state and nursing satisfaction were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention can effectively help patients to improve the discomfort after anorectal surgery, reduce their pain, and improve their compliance, so as to promote the rehabilitation speed of patients.
