| 摘要 |
分析在丙种球蛋白冲击治疗川崎症患儿应用综合护理的效果。方法 抽选2022年5月-2023年5月于我院就诊且接受的丙种球蛋白冲击治疗的川崎症患儿40例为研究对象，以单双号随机分20例为对照组实施常规护理，另外20例为观察组则增加综合护理，对比两组患儿临床症状改善效果以及并发症发生概率；结果 观察组患儿高热、黏膜充血、手脚肿胀以及颈部淋巴结肿胀症状好转时间低于对照组，并发症发生概率低于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 对川崎症患儿实施综合护理的效果较好，可加快临床症状好转促进康复，同时降低并发症发生概率，给患者打造较好的护理体验。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in gammaglobulin shock treatment of Kawasaki disease children. Methods A total of 40 Kawasaki disease children who received gamma globulin shock therapy in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects, 20 cases were randomly divided into odd-even groups as the control group for routine nursing, and the other 20 cases were added as the observation group for comprehensive nursing. The improvement effect of clinical symptoms and the probability of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement time of symptoms of hyperthermia, mucosal congestion, swelling of hands and feet and swelling of neck lymph nodes in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the probability of complications was lower, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing on Kawasaki disease children is better, which can accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms and promote recovery, reduce the probability of complications, and create a better nursing experience for patients.
